Refund policy
DAMAGED GOODS DURING SHIPPING
If the shipment arrives damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and send us digital photos that show damages to both the packaging and the content within two days of receiving the package. For the goods that are damaged in transit, we can issue a refund or replacement only when an insurance claim to the carrier is successful, which is not guaranteed and could take up to 30 days from the claim filing date.
UNDELIVERED GOODS
If your item does not arrive at all within the estimated delivery time, please send an email at info@conservemodern.com and we will check the delivery status as all our shipments go out with a tracking number. Again, like the policy for damaged goods in transit, we can issue a refund or replacement for lost packages only when an insurance claim to the carrier is successful, which is not guaranteed and could take up to 30 days from the claim filing date.
RETURN & REFUND
We do not offer refunds. There is sufficient information provided online to depict, with reasonable accuracy, products’ visual and material characteristics so that a customer can make an informed purchasing decision. Thus, we do not accept returns and do not issue refunds for items deemed unwanted either after placing the order or receiving it. For the same reason, we do not accept order cancellations once the order is processed. One exception is for customers in the European Union. Please see details below for the requirements of EU's 14 day cooling off period.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
